“What a blessing to be able to breathe fully again!” was my thought after my latest bout with a nasal issue! Those few days of a stuffed up head were enough to reinforce my LOVE of the doTERRA® Respiratory Blend called Breathe®. I inhaled it, I diffused it, I used the Vapor Stick under my nose, the Oil across my nose, on my forehead and down the sinus passages on my face.
This breath in a bottle, also known as Breathe®, is a combo of 7 different Essential Oils: Laurel, (Bay) Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Melaleuca, Lemon, Ravensara and Cardamom. Individually each of these Power House Oils is very useful. However, blended together they really pack a Punch!
My hubby- Woody- has his oils on the dresser- a whole tray of HIS OWN OILS! Boy do I get into trouble when I “borrow” one! We diffuse Breathe® in our bedroom for a restful night of sleep; it has really helped with noisy breathing!
Our youngest grandkids love using the Breathe Touch®, 9 ml roller bottles with the doTERRA® Breathe Oil® and then filled with Fractionated Coconut Oil to make a perfectly diluted application for these little people. They are safe for little fingers because they can’t spill the precious Essential Oil all over the carpet. 4 yr old Maddie loves sharing her Touch roller bottles. EVERYONE gets oiled up when she goes to bed! She knows exactly where to use them too. Bottoms of the feet, on the chest, on the forehead. “Don’t get it into your eyes, Grandma because it will burn!” I then ask, “what shall I do if that happens?” she very seriously tells me. “Go ask mama to put the other oil in your eyes.” She is referring to the Fractionated Coconut Oil. Out of the mouths of Babes!
